The Model DZ-280-2SD is ideal for vacuum sealing food, medical, & clean room products, electronics, or other items that need to be kept fresh or dust-free. The impulse sealing system is utilized so there is no warm-up time. The unit is made of cream-colored plastic. It can seal up to 11 ” wide poly nylon vacuum pouches with a 2 line seal. It has a controlled heat-seal timer & an automatic overheat warning indicator. The sealer is energy efficient, compact, and portable. It is also very easy to operate. No outside compressor is needed because it is self-contained. Moreover, there is no need to purchase expensive channel bags that comparable competitive units require because this unit uses any vacuumable pouch. The manufacturers’ parts kit includes: 1 heating element, 2 springs, 1 Teflon adhesive, 20 pcs. of 8” x 10” vacuum pouches, and 10 pcs. of 9.5” x 12” vacuum pouches.
