The Powered Carousel takes the work out of stretch wrapping with a manual dispenser. It is ideal for wrapping pallet loads or other products. Its heavy duty steel, non-skid tread plate turntable is 48" in diameter. Handles projects up to 4,000 lb. in capacity and can be rotated with ease. Standing only 2-1/8" tall, this system is easily accessible by fork truck. (Optional ramp available).
Ergonomic foot pedal control. Variable speed motor for turntable speeds of 3 - 12 RPM allows for the handling of unstable loads.
Power Unit standard w/10 foot Control Cord and 8 foot power source cord with 15 AMP plug. 90 Volt Variable Speed DC Motor with adjustable chain drive standard.
Wall plug standard 110 Volt/20 AMP, 220 Volt single phase option available.

When confronted with minimum floor space and only a hand pallet truck, the Thin Spin low-profile carousel is ideal for loading and unloading pallet applications. The Thin Spin is pallet truck loadable because of sleek 7/8" overall height.
The effective ramping length is 4-3/8"; resultant slop is a mere 11°. A safety detent lock restricts carousel rotation when not in use.

The SWA-48 is a powered carousel and manual stretch-film wrap mast. The powered rotation of the turntable stretch wraps the palletized packages. An operator manually moves the stretch wrap up and down the film mast to completely cover the product. The machine is easily accessible by fork trucks. Standard capacity is 4,000 lb. Standard features include cushion start and stop, variable-speed motor, foot pedal control and detachable film mast for easy storage.
